Don’t just take my word for it...

“I needed some great photos of my prints and wanted to create an aesthetically cohesive brand.

My website data shows my click through rate has increased significantly and my sales are up too. I would definitely recommend Diana to friends."

Q&A

  • For the jewellery packages, you will receive 2 styled images per product. If you have other requirements, please ask.

  • I send the images as

    - high resolution jpegs, which are suitable for printing & cropping.

    - web ready jpegs, which can be uploaded online

  • I suggest shooting the image portrait & styling for a square crop. This means you'll have lots of content for social media (think IG stories & ads) and your website listings.

  • I would advise enquiring 2-6 weeks in advance for any product or seasonal launches. This gives us enough time to discuss your requirements, source any specific props or backgrounds needed, and make sure we’re prepared for your photoshoot.

  • I would love it if you can come to the shoot! My clients really enjoy being part of the shoot process. It's also handy to have an extra pair of hands to help unpack and guide us through the products, especially for group shots - no one knows your products better that you! It's also a great opportunity for you to create some social media content on your phone: think BTS images and videos.

I understand it might not be practical to come to the shoot, so you can post me the products in advance and we can work remotely.

  • Sometimes there can be delays in production which can't be helped or anticipated. I ask that you give me 2 weeks notice (14 days) if you need to move your shoot date. After this, I require an admin fee for £50 to rearrange. This covers some of my overheads.

  • Once a deposit has been paid and you decide to cancel, the deposit is non refundable.

  • If the styling is complex, there are is wide variety of products, a lot of props / backgrounds to source or colour palettes to work out, I may suggest getting a stylist on board. Having two people on the shoot dedicated to different tasks means we can

shoot more images and create more advanced styling set ups. I can concentrate on lighting, composition and camera angles, whilst the stylist selects props, arranges the scene and works out the shot list.

  • For product shoots, the turn around is 7 days after the shoot

  • I have a selection of props at my studio. I also encourage clients to send a few of their own props too, so the images are unique to their brand. I may also make a few prop suggests for you to order and bring to the shoot.

  • Yes, I have one parking spot for clients to use. There’s also a pay and display for extra cars

  • No, I am not VAT registered

  • Diana Stainton, 72 Millmead Business Centre, Millmead Road, London, N17 9QU
